Personal yet professional, Nigel has a wealth of experience in representing clients at both civilian and military police station interviews. He has also advised on and prepared cases before the Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. Nigel is Richard Griffiths’ right hand man coordinating and preparing all Richard’s road traffic litigation files. He also assists Bob Scott in preparing military cases before Courts Martial.
Nigel enjoys the challenges and variety that each case brings. He builds good relationships with clients old and new. Nigel focuses on explaining the law to clients in an understandable way, providing them with answers to the questions, “what, when and how?” Nigel aims in particular to keep road traffic cases as free from stress as possible, as clients have often never been in contact with the law before.
Since joining RG&Co in the late 1980s, Nigel has worked with a great many solicitors and barristers and has built up a network of colleagues and partner agencies, e.g. the CPS, probation services and the military in Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset.
