Will’s aim is to ensure that RG&Co provides honest, straightforward legal advice in an accessible manner, born out of years of experience in the field.

Will became a lawyer to help people solve problems, whatever they may be. He believes in being approachable, straightforward and friendly, providing high quality legal advice.

Will would like to think that anybody can come to him and that he is able to provide them with a service that is competent, helpful and represents good value for money. Part of his responsibility is to foster this culture throughout the firm. The advantage of experience is that you can identify the issues faster and find the solution more quickly.

Will has worked in almost every area of law that the firm practises in, so he oversees the co-ordination of the five offices from a sound knowledge base. He understands the different skills and approaches necessary in different areas.

As compliance officer for legal practice, Will also has a thorough knowledge of current legal developments and requirements.

Will will either solve the problem himself or find the best person to do so, while overseeing the matter to ensure the best outcome.
