Practice Manager
Rachael has a broad range of responsibilities, which range from HR to marketing. She is also responsible for the firm’s professional indemnity insurance, practice certificate renewal, credit control and general office / facilities management. Rachael enjoys working with people and strives to nurture the harmonious working environment of RG&CO.
Rachael comes from both a legal and HR environment having previously worked both as a legal secretary for firms in London and then in HR for a global company supporting their senior management team.
Rachael combines her caring and approachable personality with her experience in human resources and management. As a mum of two young children Rachael believes in the importance of striking the right work / life balance. She understands the needs and interests of individual staff and is able to carefully balance these with the interests of the firm. This ensures that everyone is happy and preserves the family friendly ethos of the firm.
