Richard came to Richard Griffiths & Co as a trainee Legal Aid Costs Draftsman in 2011. Having worked in this role for 3 years an opportunity arose for a move to the Accounts Department, covering maternity leave, a challenge which Richard relished..Richard has now moved into other areas of management.
Prior to working at Richard Griffiths & Co Richard worked in the leisure industry for 6 years and brings with him a strong customer service ethic. This, combined with a love of problem solving, means that he will see any issue through until it has been resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
