Karen recently joined the firm in June this year and handles all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, voluntary lease extensions, remortgages.
Karen has worked in the legal industry all her working life and in particular, residential property for the last 27 years working for firms based in Greater London and the City of London as a Conveyancing Assistant and later in her own right as a fee earner.
Karen has a particular rapport with First Time Buyers and our more mature clients because she is patient and works hard to translate the “legal jargon” into simpler terms helping to make the conveyancing process less overwhelming.
