When a case goes against you, our first thought is ‘Can we appeal?’, whether this is from the Magistrates’ Court to the Crown Court, or to the Court of Appeal. We will advise you if there are grounds for appeal and we will take the appropriate action to start the appeal process.
Even if we didn’t represent you at your trial we can still advise you on an appeal against a conviction or sentence.
We can advise on whether an appeal is appropriate, is likely to succeed or will work to your advantage. Our Crime team have lots of experience so we can advise on whether we think the outcome of your case is in line with ‘the norm’ or not.
