Where your matter has been heard by your Commanding Officer and you wish to contest the outcome, you can appeal to the Summary Appeal Court. This Court consists of a civilian Judge Advocate who sits with two lay members (usually officers). You are allowed to be represented by a solicitor before the Summary Appeal Court.
RG&Co can act as your advocate before the Court and ensure that your case is put in the best light possible so that you get a fair hearing.
Your hard work and dedication
“Your hard work and dedication in those months and weeks ahead of the trial were obvious, and that only became more apparent once we’d ‘gone into bat’. It was clear to me that the two of you are a fantastic partnership and, in my humble opinion, outshone all the other legal teams in the case hands down.”
I am writing to express my thanks to you both
“I am writing to express my thanks to you both for your kindness and support to us over the last eight months. Despite our feelings of despair, we always felt that you had belief and hope in the case.”
I thank you from the very bottom of our hearts
“I thank you from the very bottom of our hearts for all of your efforts, time and support you devoted to my case.”
We will recommend your good self
“We will recommend your good self and practice to any individual needing legal advice.”
