Where your matter has been heard by your Commanding Officer and you wish to contest the outcome, you can appeal to the Summary Appeal Court. This Court consists of a civilian Judge Advocate who sits with two lay members (usually officers). You are allowed to be represented by a solicitor before the Summary Appeal Court.
