A person falling into one of the following categories:
- A spouse, civil partner or someone to whom you were engaged or were married or were going to enter in a civil partnership.
- A family member or relation.
- Someone with whom you have a child, or someone who has parental responsibility for your child.
- Someone with whom you had an intimate relationship with for a significant period of time.
