Shadi is extremely organised, efficient, and a good communicator. Demonstrated by the fact that whilst working, she gained a BA Hons in Commercial Law, also fitting in care work with the elderly around her studies.
Shadi will always endeavour to act in her client’s best interests, enabling a testator to draw up a Will where all legatees are treated fairly, and if there is an imbalance, to write a letter explaining the reasons for this. She uses her skills to look out for anything that may cause future problems within a family, for example where children have been left out of parental Wills, and she will try and ensure that issues are discussed and solved ahead of time. Shadi gains clients’ trust by dealing with familial disagreements in a calm, unbiased way at what can often be an emotionally charged time.
Shadi’s main areas of expertise are:
• Powers of Attorney
• Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Deputyship Orders and Court of Protection work
